Gang up on him!!!!.............are we in the school playground here or what. Some of Lewis's quotes may be viewed as arrogant but I'd much rather that than childish and vindictive. In my opinion Lewis copes extremely well with everything that has been thrown at him and a much lesser person would have crumbled by now. He has had to put up with more :bs: in his first two seasons than most drivers have in their career.........and this will only prove to make him stronger over time  I for one am wishing him the best of luck for tomorrow. He deserves it

The best he deserves is to lose again. I will pray he doesn't win and that Massa and Ferrari take all honours in 2008.

No seem to notice about this situation, has any driver, current or past came out publictly and defend LH?? The LH camp is saying its because their rivals are jealous, really?? Jarno, Webber, and Timo, none of these drivers are in contention for the Title, what about past drivers, Sir Jackie, Villenue, Mikka, etc... Maybe it has to do something with LH's agressive driving style, unsafe as some drivers have mentioned, maybe it has to do something LH being the only driver not in the GPDA (Grand Prix Driver Association (for safety))

i belive kimi, sutil and massa are not members. Soruce=http://blogf1.co.uk/2008/05/09/massa-joins-raikkonen-hamilton-sutil-by-leaving-gpda/

and if i were lewis i wouldn't want to join with alonso being a director.

also its very rare for a driver to defend another driver isn't it really?

I think Jackie Stewart might have and know that Lauda has definitely defended Hamilton before. Whether or not that will change anyone's mind, I dunno.

But in general, let the drivers do what they want to do with regards Hamilton. They can make voodoo dolls if that's what they really want but maybe if a few more of them worried about their own performances a bit more and not Hamilton's they'd be a happier bunch.

For clarity's sake - I follow Hamilton, just as I did Schumacher. No doubt he acts a bit of a spanner at times, putting his own race at risk, nevermind other drivers but as far as being dangerous? Not buying it at all. They know the risks inherent in racing and LH is not deliberately ramming people, brake testing them etc. He's hard and aggressive and people always have a choice during any overtaking move. They have done for decades. Unfortunately F1 has been without proper racing for so long it seems to be rather worried about the vulgarity of it all. They'd best do some more hand-wringing over another sugary cup of tea.

Hello to all btw.

Why should Lewis Hamilton win it? Why? What makes him so special.

Well, because the FIA have robbed Hamilton of God knows how many points and donated points to Massa.

He says he thinks he is as good as Senna was for example.

No, that turned out to be a lie.

We are talking about NOW, what has transpired which LH doing everything possible to throw away the title.

Key word is "left", meaning the drivers joined and then left the GDPA for various reasons, LH just donated $30K and never even bothered to explored the GDPA to see if it can benefit him. As for drivers defending it each, these guys are built on big egos, they will not publicly defend each other but if the other driver is at fault, they don't have a problem voicing their opinions and the last LH's supporter, Kov, just went to the dark side.

I see. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Not to my knowledge. Mind you, bit confused why LH would need defending now anyway.

Yeh massa left but i don't belive Kimi and Sutil never joined read the article.

the fact is mate the only people to have a moan about Lewis is Alonso, Kubica, Glock and Kovi the rest of the drivers have said sweet FA mate.

And with Alonso going on like he usually does because he was beaten by a rookie do think Lewis gives one

Oh and believe me Lauda and Jackies opinions count the most mate because there not racing against Hamilton. Therefore unabais
