Do you people really expect Kimi to admit to having team orders....in the press?

FFS, the man is a racer...let him race. If he punts Massa during a race..well then some criticism may be in order (personally, I criticize him for NOT punting Lewis last race when he passed him), but at this point Kimi is saying and doing what he should. Hamilton is more than capable of screwing the pooch at this point, and Massa is not incapable of sloppy seconds (poor dog). The two of the could take each other out next race (Hamilton has taken Kimi out once already this year)....so, Sheeple...let the season play out.

That sounds too clear and coherent to be Kimi, it'd be more like this...

"Blah blah blah drone waffle I'm not out of the Championship fight blah blah drone mumble I was having a s*** mumble blah blah for sure."

From F1 Live:

World Champion Kimi Raikkonen has finally admitted he will drive to "help the team" over the last four Grand Prix of 2008.

Although mathematically still in the hunt for the title, the Finn's 20-point deficit to his teammate Felipe Massa means not approaching the final races of the season with a policy of driver preference would be arguably unwise for Ferrari.

But Raikkonen, 28, said as recently as this week: "Only when I no longer have a mathematical chance will I be totally at the service of the team."

In Ferrari's official pre-race documentation prior to round fifteen of the World Championship, however, he has changed his tune.

"I think that we'll have the possibility to win in the four outstanding races and I will give it my all to make it and to help the team to reach its goals," he said.

Ferrari is clearly not going to declare Raikkonen a 'number two' driver to support title charger Massa, but even the language used by team boss Stefano Domenicali is now sounding much less ambiguous.

"Both drivers will be working towards this target over the remaining four races, knowing that, as always for the Scuderia, the good of the team comes first," Domenicali added.

Hi all, noob to the forum but a lurker for a wee while.

I will say hi in the noob section in a sec, but i felt compelled to post.

Many seem to be talking about Raikkonen being able to still win the chamionship.

How exactly, i was under the impression there are only 2 races left, KR is on 63 points, and LH is on 84, now its 10 points for a win so KR can't mathematically be able to win as he couldn't even get a joint points with LH even if LH DNF'd at both races.

Though i get the feeling AKR would be jumping about with glee if that happened lol (oh btw AKR i like your female jedi pic!)

anyway, hello all and we shall see what this weekends racing brings
