- 12 Oct 08, 23:29#71600To be fair to Hamilton, i would have probably done that given the situation - i don't quite know how to explain it, but basically it's a lot easier to keep a good mindset when you don't finish a lap down in a race and you could've done - and even if you are somewhat kidding yourself in that situation, it can be very beneficial in helping maintain a high self confidence level, which is surely very important in a sporting environment. Especially cause Hamilton must surely know he kinda ruined his own race today.
