As a team, I think that Red Bull are a much better setup than Toro Rosso. The only problem is the engine. Whether Mateschitz can get this situation sorted or not, I don't know. If he failed to get Ferrari engines for the RB5, then Vettel's career could go backwards in the short term, but could progress better in the longer term. This is, of course, assuming he stays in the Red Bull setup.
