Why do they need a private relastionship? i mean they work together and as long as they respect each other and it isnt a Alonso - Hamilton situation i dont see the problem with it.
I very much doubt that in football all the team mates are friends off the pitch - and yet when they are on they can work as a team. If team mates can be friends then great but i dont see it as being a huge issue that is going to affect the team.

Yep. Just look at Senna and Prost in the late 80's. Enough said.

I just think it would be better for the team as a whole. They spend so much time working together within the same environment that it would help if they were good friends rather than just associates. My team functions effectively at work because we communicate, have a laugh and get on well. If we didn't, then things would probably be a lot more tense and our work and effort levels would drop.

Massa does overtaking beautifully. Canada. Silverstone last year, pitlane to 5th, and Australia last to 6th. Two brilliant drives.
People look at Hungary too much, but think about people. Of course he couldn't move up in hungary last year, no one can really overtake in Hungary.

its how Kimi rolls, deal with it Massa

Seem's to me, aswell as the race result's and point's standing's, that Massa is dealing with it quite well thank you very much  !

Last year Silverstone yes ...he was hot. This year Silverstone..Cold..cold tyres? Well something was cold. Slippery when wet :rofl::rofl::rofl:
DD is right most overtakings were coming through from the back. Which to be fair to him he did well. Not seen a lot of overtalikn in anger, that to me is what is lacking in Felippe. And bless him he likes michael as a big brother. That kindov makes me prefer kimmi!!(despite his er....difficult time)
