C'mon bill i thought you raced, you should know its all about tyre wear and track conditions in Lewis' case when catching Massa and not going any further.

I thought this was the 'Lewis Dissenters Club' thread  ! So Bill what were you saying before you were so rudely interupted??? :hehe:

Had to edit this post because I finally remembered something! Why is EVERY headline that is posted on the intial forum page all about Lewis and what he has to say or feel's? Yah he is a great driver but somebody please either shoot me or him so I do not have to listen too 'how Lewis feel's' or how his lambesk follower's feel about his HOLLIER THAN THOU opinion??

I'm shooting for a board seat on the LHDC!

I'm a huge F1 fan, but I usually follow the drivers over the teams and rite now Lewis is the man. Period . I really enjoy the die hard Ferrari fans bashing him, because when he goes out and kicks their asses they just look stupid. I imagine if they were watching Senna race they would have thought he cheated and sucked also because he wasn't in a Ferrari.

I don't think we look stupid at all. We bag his mouth not his driving. Well that's speaking for me anyhow.
He is one hell of a driver & will only get better in time.

I wonder if his mouth will get any better  I fear it may get worse as he wins some WDC :yikes:

I think more to the point is that people coming on this thered look stupid sticking up for him.

But welcome anyhow racechick is always doing it. :banghead:

[quote="billindenver"]That was a very interesting race. Lewis came charging through the field, ran right up on Massa's gearbox and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing...for lap after lap. Let me see...Massa sucks in the rain, Ferrari sucks in the rain,

I guess you must have been watching a different race or maybe it looked like it was raining on your television because It had stopped raining on mine.( Too bad, Lewis would have won the race if the rain did continue.) The track was dry at the end of the race and the Ferraris were working fine as Kimi's lap times proved. Maybe lewis was worried that he would just get penalized for passing a Ferrari again. :D

OH TAY I WILL SAY THIS ONCE AGAIN VEEEERRRRYYYY SSSSLLLOOOWWLLLYYY for your benefit csrracer aswell as EVERYONE ELSE'S. This thread is for the Lewis hater's/basher's/disliker's or whatever, it is NOT the thread to be argueing with those 'said' member's. Use the 'search' option to sprinkle your praise upon Lewis as there are plenty of thread's here doing just that.

Thank's folk's for coming to the show, I'll be here until the end of world but get your ticket's now as they are going fast!!! :hehe:

You are to right, Wrong place to stick up for him, I initially thought the majority of folks on here were bashing his driving ability, but I realize it's his media coverage that they are probably sick of, being that they are mostly from the UK and are probably sick of hearing how great he is in their press coverage. I guess that would piss me off too. I just see the brilliance in his driving . I think all race drivers are cocky and full of themselves they have to be.They have to believe 110% in their ability or they wouldn't be fast. It's controlling this in front of the press and public that Lewis needs to learn, He's still young he'll eventually figure it out. (Texasmr2 I Hope Ike didn't get in the way of you watching the race).

We don't agree with each other all the time.
I might have a list of 50 reasons he is a w***er were someone else might only have 40.
There can be a lot of heated discussion about those 10 you know

I remember the 1994 season. There was that german guy, names Michael Schumacher...damn I hated him.
At that time I was a big Jean Alesi -fan. I couldn't stand the fact that Schumi was faster, smarter, ...better !
He had that arrogance, he pushed himself over the limit and did some things wich weren't correct at all...

He came to Ferrari in 1996, so that Jean Alesi had to leave...I was angry at the Scuderia !
But every GP that Schumacher-dude won my respect, I started to appreciate him as a person, working hard to get Ferrari back to the top...together with a lot of people, he realized something fenomenal...even if sometimes, he pushed himself over the limit and crossed the rules...

My point ... I recognize this scenario in that one of Lewis Hamilton. A real champion is always pushing, not forgetting to think while racing... he's just racing to win. I saw Lewis pushing Timo Glock on the grass in Italy (remember Schumi vs. Frentzen in Canada?)...with that same arrogance, he raced on a very aggresive way, without forgetting about his strategy ... I mean, that's racing people...that's why we're all watching this sport!

Do I like Lewis ? No, not at all...I just feel like he's one big marketingproduct.
Will I like him over a while? :-) Maybe ...

But for now...I hope he will lose this championship ...I'm just afraid he's lurning so much, he'll get stronger and stronger...

Forza Massa !

I have no problem with him on the track.
It's just after he gets out of the car.

And I agree Shumy was arrogant but never to Hammys extent.
In fact I don't think I have seen anyone like our Hammy.
Got to love him though it makes it fun around here. :cloud9:

Agreed, he is giving me a lot of entertainment as well these days. Two races ago, getting on camera and saying he doesn't get passed on the outside, then gets taken on the outside shortly afterwards by Kimi.

Absolutely f*cking priceless...

Lewis Hamilton is good. But sadly he drives for a team in which I hate, McLaren. Lewis Hamilton I do not believe is as great as Michael Schumacher was, but certainly he is world champion material. I want Massa to win this year. Eventually Lewis Hamilton is going to win and in a McLaren. The more he doesn't win now, the less damage he will do in terms of giving McLaren titles later. I like a close finish to the championship as long as in the end, neither McLaren car wins it. Like last season. It was great. The winner won by a point and it was good that it was Kimi of Ferrari and not Stronzo-Alonso of McLaren or Lewis Hamilton the spoiled little shlt.
