The President of an Alonso fan club, Manuel Rodriguez, said 25-year-old Alonso treated his fans 'like crap' by refusing to sign autographs or pose for photos.
"He looked at us with disgust and answered 'no'," Rodriguez said, adding that members of the Alonso fan club had to be content with photos with Kimi Raikkonen and even Bernie Ecclestone.
He continued: "We are annoyed. We support the driver but we think Alonso as a person leaves a lot to be desired."
I used to be supportive of FA when he arrived on the F1 scene, but soon got desillusioned about him as a person. This is just another mosaic piece why I can't stand this arrogant little arsehole anymore.
