Ok, my turn, and here's a tricky one for you all. ;)

At which race was the first stop/go penalty for speeding in the pitlane handed out and which driver got the penalty?

Erik Comas 1994 Canadian Grand Prix

Amazing! Well done. :P

That was kinda hard, knew it was sometime in 1994... but I used my review video and skipped through races after Monaco.
And there it was

I'll get my thinking cap on.

Here's a few

1. Before entering Formula 1, what was Flavio Briatore's first job?
2. Who was Mclaren's test driver in 1997?
3. Who Failed to qualify his Brabham six times in 1992?
4. Which famous French film star's son competed in Formula one?
5. Which engines did Lotus run in the second half of the 1983 season?

Here's what he said: http://www.f1rejects.com/interviews/pease/index.html
• How did your final F1 outing at Mosport in 1969 go?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not at all well. We were quick enough to qualify, but in the race the car just wasn't fast enough so they disqualified me and I don't blame them. I gave everybody a lot of room because I knew that I was nowhere and I began thinking unless this thing picks up I'm going to get out of here!

• You're probably the only man in F1 history to be disqualified for being too slow...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That wasn't very nice. But as I said, I don't blame them.
• What became of the car?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tom Wheatcroft at Donington bought it from me and it is still standing in the museum there today.
• What did you do after F1, and how have you spent your retirement years?

5. Which engines did Lotus run in the second half of the 1983 season?

2. Is that a trick question? I don't think they had one did they?
3. Damon Hill
5. I think they moved from Ford to Renault... or vice versa.

I'd be completely guessing the others so i've left them for someone else... :P

Just one quick question from me, sorry if it's been asked.

Q1: When was the safety car first deployed in a grand prix?
Edit:
Q2: And when was it first used due to atrocious weather conditions?

(Edited cause another question came to mind!)

2. Nope not a trick question.
3. Correct, poor pink car Damon
5. Yeah you were right they swapped from the Cosworth to the Renault Turbo after they hired designer Gérard Ducarouge

To Answer your questions:

1. 1973 Canadian Grand Prix than officially in 1993 in Brazil

Not who I was thinking, but I'll need to look him up to see if that was the case.
If he is an example, then I'll not argue it.

1. Yep.
2. It's actually not a definite answer, i only just realised that, and apologise. For example, earlier that year in Britain the SC came out because cars were aquaplanning off left, right and centre... it could be argued that it had come out due to the amount of accidents, or that the track was just too wet... Poor question really, my bad.

A few more questions...

1. Who is the only driver to win the championship with a French BUILT chassis?
2. What season did Martin Brundle first compete in F1?
3. Who scored the only point ever scored with a 4WD F1 car?
4. How many grands prix did Johnny Herbert win?
5. Who took Benetton's first and last victories?
6. Why was Mansell black flagged at Estoril in 1989?

2. 1984
3. Another one for Matra in 1969. Johnny Servoz-Gavin US GP
4. 3
5. Gerhard Berger
6. For reversing in the pitlane after driving past his own pit crew
