I have decided to change my name to Sebastien that means I will be in F1 by 2010

I like that Ant Davidson is mentioned in there. Hopefully wisdom will prevail and Berger will go for the proven, experienced guy this season, as I think that the GP2 guys may need another season at a lower level to get their experience.

I agree that Anthony Davidson would be a very good driver for the team because of his experience.

Davidson was really starting to show a lot of potential this season before Super Aguri went bust. His experience as a test driver would also be useful for a team like Toro Rosso.

Starting to look more and more unlikely Senna gets the seat, especially as Berger has often come out saying how he likes Buemi and the fact he's also already a Red Bull development driver.

From F1 Live:

Toro Rosso is to give evaluation test drives to at least two clear candidates for a 2009 seat with the Faenza-based Formula One team.

It is already known that Sebastien Buemi, a GP2 racer, Red Bull test driver and the energy drink company's preferred successor for Sebastian Vettel, is to get his chance in the coming weeks.

The German magazine Auto Motor und Sport now reports that Takuma Sato, the popular and experienced Japanese driver who lost his seat with the Super Aguri collapse earlier this year, will also test for Ferrari-powered STR before the season is out.

The news was reportedly confirmed to the magazine by the jointly Gerhard Berger and Dietrich Mateschitz-owned team.

A final decision on the identity of Vettel's successor, and whether or not Sebastien Bourdais will also need to be replaced, is not expected to be made until October.

Auto Motor und Sport claims that teenager Buemi, and 31-year-old veteran of approaching 100 Grand Prix, Sato, will both be evaluated at the forthcoming Jerez test.

I really did think that Bourdais would impress me more than he has

I agree. In fact, initially, I was hoping he would be sent back to the US. After thinking about things, however, I feel he deserves another season to show us what he can do. Formula One and Champ cars are very different. There is much less technological innovation in Champ Cars and their handling is inferior. For instance, a Formula One car's braking distance is less than half of that of a Champ Car. Even for an experienced professional driver, this can a fair bit of time to adapt to. With Formula One cars using slicks next season and a lot of their aerodynamic devices being banned, and with a full season already under his belt, perhaps Bourdais will be better able to show us what he can do.
