Surely If you win when your the underdog then its better than If you were in the best car taking all the glory because its given to you on a plate?

So its a bit uncalled for and harsh, mr MclarenFan to question other peoples support for teams! not cool. not cool at all

Im sure you would love it if your Hitler'esque dreams of everyone admiring the sun flowing from the magnificent mclarens teams arses and basque in all there glory, but its not gonna happen...

where were mclaren 1999-2007

Also, I don't like being compared in any way to Hitler or Nazism. It's also not right to compare McLaren to these, too. Moderators should step when such things are posted.

Your right Chris I have been away from internet access until now or I would have caught it earlier.

I may have missed it being mentioned but what do people think about Alonso/Honda 2009?

http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/afp/080822/s ... onso_honda
On Friday, Barrichello had said he accepted that Honda were in talks with Alonso about taking his berth at the team when his contract runs out at the end of the season.

But, he insisted, he wanted to stay.

"I think the team is definitely talking to Fernando but that's the question mark," he said. "I have never been so enthusiastic about my whole situation with the team.

"I left Ferrari because I didn't have the freedom to do what I wanted to do. I have that at Honda, but I still have not had the car to perform and I am waiting for that chance.

"What can I say, but honestly the day that I feel that I am slower than my first race is the day I will call it off and stop. The conversations are there and I am talking to the team. I am talking to all the teams. I want to be racing."

On Friday, Button said: "I'm not worried. In a way, it's good the team are talking to someone like Alonso who has a lot of experience, and with good teams.

"They are going to talk to other drivers, that's only natural. But I'm very happy with my position within the team. Rubens is a team-mate, I think he is fantastic, has done a great job, and he gives excellent feedback, probably better than any other driver out there.

"So I'm sure whatever the team's decision is, and if they are talking to him, then it will be a very difficult decision for the team to make."

Alonso of course denies what both Rubens & Jenson are saying.
