Privateers in F1 need to be billionaires to be a top team and Williams just don't have the funds. The budget cap maybe will help things but i still don't think this will turn around Williams fortune. They need top people . I believe Frank Williams is stuck in the 1990's in terms of his management and that is the root of the problem.

Seem's to me that Vijay Mallya would have been better off backing William's than buying a last place team but his ego, imo, got in the way. Force India has/is gonna bleed him dry when he could have associated himself, his money and corporate backing with a known entity such as Williams.
