Ok, so I've just ordered myself a new watch. Would love to know what you all think :wavey:

It would impress a few people, that's for sure ( :hehe: ), but I think I'd prefer a good old fashioned analogue watch.

"Fancy" has many meanings :D

However some of my other watches would probably be more to your liking!

If you purchased that watch I highly doubt we have anything in common when it come's to the meaning of 'taste' and I doubt your other watch's would appeal to me. A watch to me is simply a watch and nothing more.

All that on the basis of one watch?! And if a watch is just a watch then taste doesn't come into it at-all surely, just function . . . .and they all tell the time

A watch is meant to simply let one know what time it is right? The simple time hand's have been proven to be realiable for what 1000+yr's, ever heard of a 'sun clock'?

Hey if your happy with the watch that is all that count's right? Dont expect everyone to fall over themselve's rushing out to buy one just because you did! Your young and hip and gotta have the 'bling' which is cool but DO NOT get pissed when someone disagree's with your opinion or belief.

Nope, heard of a sun dial tho

I'm not particularly bothered who likes it and who doesn't. But you can be very blunt tex, saying you wouldn't like anything I like is rubbish, those Mustangs for instance . . . lovely.
