im loving this !!
Im a hamilton fan, and whilst i dislike schumacher i still respect him for all he has achieved, but lets face it any one that is in the spot light like they are, will come out with bullpoo now and again and they all have arrogance in them its what makes them human :P

And if we all agreed with each other and liked the same drivers/teams etc this forum would b very boring :P

What an Arrogant s***.
How is he anywhere near as good as Schumi.
What annoys also is in the F1 magazine he was voted 16th best driver of all time

It wouldnt be boring, as we could all talk about many other differnet things in F1.
Besides we all have second drivers and stuff. Guys we want to win, dont we?

Sorry mate but just get Hammy to stop giving us so many opportunities to rubbish him and all will be civilized, after all his driving can speak for itself.

MikeP99 must be feeling like Massa is right now. :hehe:

Show me the quote by Hamilton (not the sensationalist headline) that gives you the opportunity to rubbish him this time.

Look mate. Just this week I read about 3 or 4 articles of the hammeroide big noting himself. So I am sure you get where I am coming from.

If not sorry for offending you but Hammy's general attitude just makes me

I just ment that it's good we have members supporting different drivers. I always like to hear thoughts from a different perspective. For example I follow only a few drivers during a race, but I can read on this forum how others did.

He seems to do that for a lot of people on the board! Whatever Lewis's intentions to some people he comes across as arrogant and cocky whereas I am yet to see one person on this board have a vendetta against Heikki as he appears very humble.

LEWIS: I'M AS GOOD AS SCHU
http://www.express.co.uk/motorsport/view/55202/Lewis-I-m-as-good-as-Schu
Lewis Hamilton warned Ferrari he is already as good as Michael Schumacher after storming into pole position for today’s Hungarian Grand Prix.
McLaren driver Hamilton is on course to become the first man to complete a hat-trick of Formula One victories since German legend Schumacher in 2006.
He holds a four-point drivers’ championship lead over Ferrari’s Felipe Massa and is seven points ahead of the Italian team’s Kimi Raikkonen.
And Hamilton, who has team-mate Heikki Kovalainen behind him on the Budapest grid, boasted: “I am at my best. So far, this is as comfortable as I have ever been.
“I feel pretty much on top of things and I still have room to improve.
“You can never feel too comfortable, but I feel safe in the position I am in. I couldn’t be in a better position to push for a win.”
Schumacher was handed a consultancy role with Ferrari when he quit Formula One.
He was at the German Grand Prix, where he was in radio communication with Massa andRaikkonen in practice, and is expected to do more testing.
Ferrari are hoping Schumacher’s experience in the cockpit will help Massa and Raikkonen to start winning again, but Hamilton believes he is on a par with the seven-time world champion.
“I think Michael’s presence at Ferrari is a compliment to us,” said Hamilton. “We are not doing that and we are still winning races.
“When we go to a test, it is cool to be on the track the same day as him. For me, it is even more of a challenge.
“Michael is someone I have been watching for years, but I can do just as good a job as him and my task is to contribute as much as he does.
“I expected Ferrari to be a bit stronger, but for whatever reason they have not been quite as
competitive recently.
“I’m not thinking about them trying to catch up, though. It is up to us to keep pushing.”
Despite his problems in Canada and France, where he failed to score any points, Hamilton insists his confidence has never wavered.
But, following his stormy relationship with former team-mate Fernando Alonso and the heartache on missing out on the drivers’ championship last season, Hamilton is well aware there is plenty of time for more twists and turns – on and off the track.
“I have some great memories from last year,” he said. “It was an incredible roller-coaster ride. This year it is a much smoother roller-coaster ride, but one I am very much enjoying.
“I have believed I have got the opportunity to win the world championship since day one. I’ve had a couple of bad races, but there has always been a long way to go so I’ve never believed I can’t win.”

I did not know that Hammy was also the fat lady.

I think he may have it in the bag this year.
But there is a lot of good young talent around at the moment & if they get in the right car's in the near future I don't think he should already be singing.

I knew there was a reason why I didn't like the boy.

I thought he is as good as Senna. Can he make his mind..?

We'll never know what Heikki is really like anyways. Not in the UK anyways. We didn't even see the press conference... to much ITV Hamilton :bs:
