There are several quotes from Hamilton in the article, why would the reporter omit the quote that's most related to the title of the article?

Why would the title of the article have nothing at all to do with the content of the article.

To get more readers and by that more money? Come on, it's common practice now (at least for most low-level papers in Poland ).

is a quote from the article, not a quote from Hamilton, where is the quote of Hamilton warning Ferrari?

All I can see is a quote of Hamilton saying he can be as good as Schumacher.

I agree, there is no such quote, the journalist exaggerated a bit.
