Ermm I am looking into joining the RAF with my sister

 Part of me always wanted to join the RAF. They get lots of free doughnuts :)

As for me...um, I'm growing my own vegetables (not many though!) which I find very calming and helps me de-stress. It's a big achievement as I am the most un-green-fingered person I know and I manage to kill pretty much any plant I'm given. Our accompaniments to Sunday lunch were all things I'd grown from my garden :D

I canceled cable TV because it was so expensive and I just get free shows online now.

Not just stuff they got on TV but you can get stuff thats only available online.

Like this show Short Shorts that I found was really funny. They did this spoof fo that show PTI that I found absolutely hilarious.

Has giving up Pepsi really had such a positive effect on your life in the way you feel about yourself, act and view life in general?

I gave it up a few years back too and I feel my health has improved quite a lot. I still have an odd can of Red Bull every couple of days or so now and again and I have a bottle of beer or some other kind of alcoholic beverage anight.

Glad to hear your back at the gym and if you dont mind may I offer alittle insight? If you honestly feel your current regimen is to complicated you should change it. All you need is a simple program that fluctuate's heavy day's, compound movement's that focus on power, and lighter day's that concentrate on endurance. The biggest factor is recuperation in between your workout's. Eat healthy and if the day arise's that you just dont feel like working out, dont! The mental aspect play's such a huge part so just go home, eat healthy and get a good night's sleep and the next day you should/will be 100% gung ho and ready to attack those weight's.

Keep up the good work your doing but dont over stress your body.

I stopped caring so much about what others think of my and it has seriously boosted my confidence, so much so to the point where I actually felt I performed well in an interview and, subsequently, go the job. I'm still timid, but not so much so. I still struggle to talk to people for the first time, but it's not as hard and I feel more comfortable around them much sooner these days. :)

Hey congrats on the job :):) . It suprised me reading that you are timid meeting people, i wouldnt have thought that. Just goes to show how wrong we can be :yes-180::)
