I've started taking exercise more seriously, first time since i left school! I forgot how much fun it is mountain biking deep in the forest.

I also smoke less and take hardly any drugs - just the odd joint here and there now. Can't cut down the alcohol though.

Yes sir there is and less than 1 mile from my house I have George Bush Park which has 12 mile's of hike/bike trail's of which I used to maintain as a park employee. I was just giving you a poke because of the location in your info: 'Cardboard Box'?

I thought this might be an interesting topic for us to discuss and brag upon ourselves alittle. As far as myself the most fulfilling aspect I have made recently is I quit smoking and drinking during the week. I am now smoking my first ciggy and having my first drink in a full week and I may just end up quiting both once I start my job at the sheriffs dept and start working out again.

I don't drink or smoke either & I recommend it.
No particular reason, other than I never enjoined either from an early age & I like to have use of all my faculties and a full complement of brain cells at all times.
I need all I can get.

Thank's Mike and you know what's funny is I'm now kinda like 'man I did not really need that fag or the drink' but I know it was a mental fix that was needed. One thing I have learned though from my day's of strict nutrition while working out is you must give the brain a rest from the strain of deleteing thing's that are part of your everyday life no matter if it's drinking, smoking or both or anything else.
