Heh, I know of almost all the bands you've written Luca Turilli and Vision of Atlantis are a bit too fast for me, so they're not my favourite though. I haven't heard of Darkest Hour. Of Nightwish albums my favourite is Wishmaster and the best song Fantasmic. After they split with Tarja I kind of stopped being interested, it's not the same without that lady. I heard her new solo album, but didn't like it much. You should check out Nemesea, it's bit of gothic/power metal with a female singer (she's good). They have two albums now, but I can't get my hands on their latest somehow Also I forgot to mention two bands that inspired me to take the metal route in music: Children of Bodom and it's sister band Sinergy. I used to play a lot of CoB's songs with my band back at the days, though we started with Metallica. I still have their Tokyo Warhearts album (live from Japan) and play it sometimes. Well, of Nightwish modern albums I only liked Century's Child, their music got too orchestral a bit (it's all Tuomas' doing:). If you compare Angels Fall First with their latest album, their music changed much, but I guess it's like that will all bands. I wish they made another album like AAF, it was very climatic, especially the title song.

I just bought the new disturbed album indistructable, its not as good as ten thousand fists but its up there, still needs a few more listens i rekn
