So I'm walking on home for my lunch

Its raining slightly

Have my jacket over my head so my hair doesn't get wet

Next thing I know, the heavens open, pouring down so hard I can barely keep my jacket up

So within about 10 seconds I am soaked

Jeans suck to me, shoes bogged

Now I am sat here, Jeans in tumbledriver, just finished drying my hair and back to work in 20 mins so meh

I was heading into town yesterday and didn't know that the bus timetable had changed. So, I decided to walk in - and the heavens opened. I was soaked, my brand new Lee Cooper jeans included! I went into a shopping centre as soon as I was in town and used the hand driers to dry my hair.

Its funny how living in Dallas or the US for that matter, we never seem to walk anywhere. Its always drive here or drive there. I believe those time will be changing soon!!

I had a moment like that last Thursday. It was raining heavily most of the day, but eased off just as I was leaving the school gates. As I got to the part of the hill where there was no cover at all, it started lashing down. Needless to say, there was more water in my clothing that day than in any of the rivers nearby
