I’m not bothering to write anything about nick before because I am sick of repeating myself .

O.K let me clarify this "Nick Heidfeld" situation for those calling for Nick's head. Its true he has trouble getting the tires to heat up during the crucial one lap qualifying but come race time he's nothing but consistent in scoring points. Nick is 5th on the championship standing behind the usual suspects but he's ahead of Kovalainen who has a better car then him. If you replace him next year, who would you replace him with?? The popular answer seems to be Alonso and Rosberg (anyone above Nick is signed for next year). Does anyone think Sir Williams will let Rosberg go without a hefty fee?? and in 2009 BMWSauber will be fighting for both Championships so do you want a driver that has no experiences with the BMW chassis?? As for Alonso, his contract is up in the air with Renault and no doubt it will become a legal issue for both him and Renault if he wants to leave. Is Alonso that good or has Renault been running very light in many qualifyings this year to grab attention for Alonso, its a little of both. Alonso has in his contract that if the team is not competetive, he can leave and find another team. Dr. Mario will not want a driver that has so many escape clauses in their contract because it shows that you have no loyalty to the team, loyalty is something both BMWSauber drivers have. Dr. Mario will use Nick next year the same way Ferrari used Rubens with Micheal, in a supporting role for Robert.

What is going on with old good Quick Nick ? Again didn't perform at all ? any idea ? :(

He wees his pants in the car, he admitted it ages ago, it was discussed on here. I think this is why he isnt doing very well. his mechanics are getting fed up with it :laugh::laugh:

I expect most drivers do, just Nick had the balls (and the other bit) to admit it

Nicks a fanatastic driver, you only have to look back at 2007 to see why.

But while Heidfeld is one of the most smoothest drivers on the feild, Kubica is the most agreesive. They're polar opposites, and you can't build a car that will suit both and be up there, and unfortunatly, the car tends on Kubica's direction.

I'm willing to bet that if you put both Heidfeld and Kubica in another car, such as the Red Bull or Toyota, for a few months, they would be much closer in terms of pace.

Here is few logical facts ?
1) if BMW will continue to develop car for Kubica than Nick will be in very difficult situation ,he doesn't want to be # 2 or maybe already is happening ?
2) Dr Mario has young Sebastian V as his portage ,so most likely he will join BMW team as second driver
3) Recently Nick hired his old manager ,I wonder why?
4) Next season we will see a lot of changes ,in my opinion ,David C.Rubens B.Jason B might go ,so somebody will replace them ,I wonder who is going to be?
oh I know Jacques V? is the one who is looking for the job

Look at it from different perspective How much money Honda is paying to J Button (17 M) that would be sweet deal for Nick ,less work more money ,and no pressure lol  if he goes there ,Don't know much about Red Bull salaries ,but might be up there too ?

Same question here, why would he leave?? and how would he be abled to leave Honda being that he's binded by contract. Also you mentioned DC, Ruben, Button, and Vettel, are you mentioning that one of these drivers will be replacing Nick next year?? and do you think they are better then Nick?? and why??

Here's a logical fact, BMWSauber never developed a car in preference for Kubica instead of Nick and never will. This year's car doesn't have driving aids which suited Robert's style and not Nick, Robert's style is more aggressive which suited him well in qualifying which Nick is more smooth which is perfect once the car is settled in during races but not qualifying. This had the opposite affect last year because driving aids was required.

If You remember Dr Mario few times in a past was talking about future development in BMW ,and what was interesting he said like, he has future world champion in his team ,only one thing BMW needs to do is develop quick car for him in order to achieve that goal ,everybody at that time was looking at Nick, few was saying Robert ,but I will point for Sebastian ,Nick and Robert will make solid ground for young German ,and more likely he will be seating in champions car .Well here is my opinion ,Nick was good with his style at the phase one of development ,car got improved when Kubica and his aggressive driving come to play ,in another words BMW is already developing car towards Kubica ,but remember one thing ,this is German car and they would like to see German driver sitting in it as a champion .Thats their style :drink: Young Sebastian already has best coach in the world (Michael S) his driving skills are getting better and better every day ,he was just rented for year or two ,simply because BMW had better drivers at that time ,but when contract is over Sebastian goes back to his team and is going to win ???????? ,THAT IS MY THEORY .

i think nick just has his mind set all wrong.
everybody is talking about robert now that he won his first race but didnt nick do great in canada also?
he just has to get his mind set back to racing the rest instead of racing himself
