I think Massa is going to win the title now and it would be quite nice if he did because he's quite a nice and lively guy and it's been too long since there was last a Brazillian Champion.

Aye, I'm not too fussed who realistically can win, as long as there is a title fight... I think it's more than likely gonna end up between the two Ferrari drivers?

It could of been a worser Grand Prix. We did see some overtaking at the French Grand Prix (for once).

Yeh they could have had a noher season of blackmailing that would have bin good. Alonso just got beaten by a rookie team mate. Again

One thing that struck me, was how Allen and Brundle completely stopped talking bout Hamilton mid way through the race and only mentioned him briefly.

Whereas pre race Ryder tried to make it all Hamilton.

Stupid FOX tape delayed the race so I'm watching it right now, but I got furious because they show to many damn commercials. I'm happy for Trulli getting to the podium, and I cant believe race control didnt make Raikkonen go to the pits to remove that broken exhaust.

Just watching the pre race interviews & I just heard something that made me feel sick.
Hammy says: Anyone can win from the front row but LEGENDS win from the back :vomit:
Like I said what a w***er even if he does happen to win it.

Yeah, I couldn't believe that comment. I and the person with whom I was watching the race burst out laughing. What a tool. I guess his modest comments yesterday were a one off. He must have got a bang on the head or something.
Worst race of the season, at least now we can say "Au revoir and piss off" to Magny-Bores.

It wasn't completely as bad as I expected it to be. The battle at the end between Kovalainen and Trulli was decent.

Noooooooooooooooooooooo! :thumbdown::ranting:
You're right, Hammy's going off the deep end. He's getting worse. No one can deny there's an increase of mistakes on and off the track. He's spiralling uncontrollably into a chasm of insanity from which there is no escape. What was RD thinking putting 2 inexperienced drivers in the cars and expecting success? Keeping Alonso would have been a lot better for the team, whether or not his teammate would be Hammy or Kovi.

To be honest, Alonso and McLaren's relationship had completely broken down, and Mercedes wanted Alonso sacked, so there was no way he could've stayed at the team. Dennis was also not going to allow his protégé to leave the team. The only other viable solution was to get in an experienced driver to partner Hamilton.
Whereas pre race Ryder tried to make it all Hamilton.

I see he had his star-gazed eyes on when he was interviewing Hamilton in the pre-race build-up. What a twat.

Overall, the race was not as bad as I thought it would be. There were some great drives from Kovalainen, who would've got a podium had the FIA not screwed McLaren for first of two times today. Trulli also did very well in the Toyota. Piquet had a good race, so, for the first time, he has shown something with which Renault can work. Silverstone is his favourite track and he's raced there before, so he also needs a very good performance there.

Absolutely detest Ryder and Hamilton's pre race chats, every single race. Get more features on such as 60 years of Silverstone - that was classic.
And they cut Brundle's grid walk because of it, wt a joke.

It was nice to see HK and NP both step up today. I was hoping Heikki would take 3rd.

I must admit I laughed when NP finished ahead of FA.

Where did it all go wrong for Nando? I was rooting for him.
