The Super Nes... who was their early Gaming hero.

The super NES? Pah...I had the lovely grey block that was the NES. I say *was* but it is actually still connected to my TV

Definitely Mario & Luigi for me - I lost so many hours of my life playing Super Mario I & 3 against my Dad. I had a Sega Gamegear but that was mainly used for watching TV because I had the TV adapter that went with it. I'm definitely a Nintendo girlie

i had a commodore 64 aswell hehe some good games on that boulder dash was my favourite
ahh the memories i remember my parents had an old apple mac which had a black and white screen . i only ever played solotaire and a game called gold rush on it, loved it!

i had a snes, but sonnic looks way cooler, and the zippy pipes, but the snes was better than sega, havent really had a console since then, we do have an xbox, but i only really play 2 games, forza and ssx3

I still have my old NES, SNES, Master System, Mega Drive AND N64 all set up my TV's shelving unit. I still love going on the original Super Mario Bros NES game which comes with Duck Hunt as well on the same cartridge.

Sonic was great too, I can't believe that we're now seeing games starring characters from the Sonic AND Mario games.

So who would win between Bowser and Dr Robotnik? (or Dr Eggman as he seems to be known as these days)

The old games have such a good novelty feeling these days with their simple pixelated graphics, bleepy sounds. I remeber being at my cousin's a month ago playing on their Wii, and I happened to stumble upon Super Mario Bros 3 which they had downloaded, they thought it was a hard game, but I was simply breezing through the levels (despite being constantly eaten by that annoying big fish in the water levels, I used to call it "w@nker").

I was a massive Sonic fan when I was younger. I pretty much fell in love with Sonic 1, 2,3 & 4. I loved Super Mario 64 & Mario Kart 64 but apart from them I have not really been a big Mario fan.
