Kubica and Hamilton! Whether in the same team or not are i thin k the future chamions of F1. The best most talented drivers on the grid. Here is a quote from an article by Tony Dodgins
"A ground-level camera at the first chicane superbly illustrated the margins Hamilton was playing with. The confidence was absolute. So close was rim to concrete that it was almost impossible to believe it was judgement, not luck. But it was. You waited for the shunt and it never came. If there was another driver flirting with shattered carbon fibre almost as outrageously, it was Kubica."
Thats where the 6 tenths came from and thats where the win came from. The two most talented drivers.

Until Hamilton drives right into the back of Raikkonen, and subsequently lashes out against his own team, blaming them for his own mistake. Like I say, Hamilton has shown flashes of genius, but he needs more time to develop. Alonso, for instance, does not. Furthermore, Hamilton has to lose the attitude. I would not want a jumped-up, subversive clown like him working for my organisation. What Hamilton needs is a year or two driving for a team like the old Super Aguri to kick him back into touch.

yep. tyre blow. Guess thats the downside of his aggresive style. it can be sorted though

Yes, but i wasn't actually meaning trye blow... I was referring to how the the Mclaren was 'correcting' sometimes more than once during turn 8. You can see it form onboard footage during Q... and I think Massa mentioned it as well in the press conference.

Ahh and yes, we gotta suggest the Fourm owners a couple more smilies... :)

I need a new one, too. One that conveys how blinkered you are when it comes to Ayrton Hamilton.

I think Kubica is going to be at BMW for the long term.

Or the other way around - I think BMW will try to keep him as long as they can. He'll stay there for a while.

As Jenson is to Honda, as Fernando (should) be to Renault, as Kimi is to Ferrari, as Lewis (like it or not) is to McLaren, Kubica is BMW's man.

Robert is making a show in recent days in Poland, where he said he won't be in F1 for long. Once he makes his goal a reality, he's out (probably to WRC). He didn't say what his goal is, but one can think only of WDC. So his switch to a team with a winning car may come sooner rather than later, if only there'll be a free spot for him. But I'm kind of looking forward to him staying at BMW and developing a top car.

You've also shown how blinkered YOU are when it comes to Hamilton. I'm sure you know that you're talking rubbish when you say he's only shown 'flashes' of brilliance. He's been in the sport for a year and a bit. In that time, he has contested the WDC with 4 race wins and multiple podiums. He didn't finish in the points 3 times was it? Out of 17 races. This year he's within touching distance of the frontrunner in the WDC, he's already won twice, and had a couple of other great results when it really wasn't expected of the car (eg. Turkey). He's made a couple of mistakes again, but so has almost everyone. You're just so biased against Lewis that none of this constant proof of his consistency and quality seems to matter. It's just all based on one interview in which he may have subtly implied that his team should've let him know about the red light sooner (which they have since come out and admitted they should have done). You don't have to like his manner, but you can stop questioning how good a driver he is. It's getting very tedious.

Very true. I tire of it all, to be honest, because if you don't criticise him, people jump all over you and if you do criticise him, people jump all over you. You can't win.

I really should have thought of that before I got into certain discussions. But yeah, you're right.
