Haha, no, it's just a normal name "Przemyslaw" (short: przemo). It's not a saint's name, although by accident my nameday is 2 days before my birthday. And what you're saying about people giving their children saint's names - maybe it was like that but a long time ago. In this modern age, people are naming their children Rose, Vanessa, Xena (yes, they're not polish names). I got one of the normal ones.

No, catholic and latin people sometimes use the name of that day's saint to name newborns. Of course, this is more of a traditional custom that's being seen less and less in time...
