Anthony Davidson has returned to Formula One action in testing with Honda in Barcelona this morning.
The Briton was sidelined when the Super Aguri team went out of business on the eve of the Turkish Grand Prix, but had been determined to find a way back into F1 rather than switching to another category.
Davidson had previously tested for Honda from 2002 to 2006, prior to getting his race break with Super Aguri. He is set to run for the full day today as Honda work on the final round of upgrades for this year's RA108 before attention switches to the 2009 design.
All the teams bar Force India are taking part in the three-day test at the Spanish track.
Renault are giving test driver and GP2 front-runner Romain Grosjean his first full day of testing today, before Nelson Piquet takes over for Friday and Saturday.
I'd like to see Davidson back in Formula One again. He acquitted himself well at Super Aguri.
