No,No,No i totally disagree, Kimi drove in a wet spot? which wasn't his fault, Lewis's team said there's a red light? i guess his driving is exacly like his fathers!!! Also, if you look at it in other ways, Kimi would have won, i'm not single sighted, but Why was Kimi so slow in the beginning stint? heavy fueling!! but to be honest the track is having problems, you can pull the track up? :? plus it's only Round 7, Th French GP will prove different? plus with Hamilton 10 places down i feel a Ferrari 1-2 :) Then Massa Or Kimi will take the WDC :D

Because of Hamilton's 10 grid place penalty and the fact that France is more of a Ferrari track, that could happen. Just as long as no one takes the Ferraris out or weather stuffs Ferrari up or a million other things that can go wrong in racing. Too hard to predict what happens in any race. Didn't think BMW-Sauber would get a one-two in Canada either so there you go with predictions hey?

Not to be the B*stard of you all, and i know we all support different teams? but since i was 6 i've suppoted Ferrari, and i'll admit a few things to you, FIA do give Ferrari special treatment! but why wouldn't they? look at the cash they can splash around? Also if a few people drop a couple of Million on bernie Eccelstones desk, i think he'd quit clearly turn his head....it's unfair with what happened to Sutill, fully agreed, but if you said who's more superior, Ferrari or Mclaren in the respect of who is more favoured by Eccelstone & Mosley, Then it's Ferrari, Massa or The Iceman didn't say anuything about Mosley in the umpalumpa scandal either? but Mclaren & Everyone else did..hense why he seems to drop bombs on the team

Really now, since you were six? I remember you liked Jenson Button and Honda the most when you joined this forum? ummmmmmmmmm

LMAOOOO!!!! Lewis will not be world champion for a few years to come i'm sorry, he's way too young , and not as experienced, the first season was luck, he had no preasure, and now he does, the fame is getting to his head, why do you think Kimi is retiring after next season? the press is ridiculous, he's 31 Years old when he got the WDC!!! it won't be as simple as you think, plus Kubica Massa Play a major role in this, Massa has alot more chance of taking it this season, in Monaco he had a 13second lead after a few laps, and would of won, and would be leading WDC, but were only in round 7? Lewis made a major mistake, Kimi was 'nice' enough just to let it slide, and Hamilton then has the ordasity to go on like he's the king of the track? ifi put Schuey in a Ferrari once more against Hamilton i'm sure he wouldn't mind slapping him back to reality!!! There will only be one, and only one Michael Schumacher, winning was it 15 races in one season? Lewis will never b able to do that.

A bit of advice. I am a hardcore Ferrari supporter and your riduclous comments are starting to annoy me. I can only imagine how others on this forum are feeling right now. Please stop and please get rid of the bold. :)

You telling me having a World Champion as a teammate, the black community on your shoulders, appearing in front of the Sporting World Council, being labeled a protege, the spats with Alonso no pressure??

Are you comparing a 2nd year driver to Micheal Schumacher?? No one since F1 was invented has come close to what Micheal has accomplished, Micheal is a legend and a great legacy. Lewis Hamilton is Lewis Hamilton, he will carve his old legacy, good or bad but it will be his own, he has no pressure to do what Micheal did because he doesn't drive for Ferrari. Ruben was compared to Micheal, Massa is under pressure to be like Micheal, Kimi was labeled the savior of Ferrari after Micheal retired, Lewis Hamilton can just be Lewis Hamilton.

I always get the feeling that some people support Ferrari because you could say they are the best F1 team, and always have been and they only support a team that wins constantly, like when MS was there

Sorry had to let that out :lol:

Anyways, I agree with Hammy getting the penalty, though its going to feck up my race in France unless Heikki can pull a Heikki, or if Mclaren decide not to pit him for no reason  Though some comments on Kimi at Monaco I agree with, he locked his brakes and ruined Adrian's race and yet no penalty? Hamilton was extemely stupid and ruined Kimi's race and yet he gets a penalty, I believe Kimi should of gotten one also, but maybe I'm just biased

I think Hamilton deserved it, but Rosberg?? He hit Hammy's car, and it was already damaged!! Besides he did more damage to his own car then Hamilton's. In my opinion Rosberg deserved the stop and go, but not the 10 grid spot penalty.

It is not because of the damage he has caused, but because of his failure to drive to conditions, if I might say so.

Guess he could have been punished a bit lighter than Lewis, but he did deserve some kind of punishment never the less.

Rosberg entirely deserved the same penalty as Hamilton IMO. Just because Hamilton was already out because he'd smacked Kimi does not negate the impact of what Rosberg did. Besides which, assuming Hamilton hadn't hit Kimi, he would have been further back on the tarmac therefore Rosberg potentially would have hit him harder than he did, and possibly put himself and Hamilton out of the race. Both failed to see the cars stopped at the light; both failed to stop in time; therefore both deserve an equal punishment.

Hamilton deserved the penalty. Even the best drivers have to stop at red lights.

Someone asked a question just earlier about the blue light. Well, the blue light serves the same purpose as the red light. It is exactly the same thing as if a steward was showing a blue flag. It's there to say to the the driver that it is too dangerous too exit the pit lane because, there is oncomeing traffic, aand there is a chance of a collision. Either way, Hamilton should have stopped.

This is just another example of Hamilton's many rookie mistakes, and unless he gets these glitches out of his system, he is not Championship Material. Great race by David Coulthard, considering that he had major problem with the car's break cooling. And the fact that he's car stopped on the slow-down lap irritates me, because no one is calling him lucky. But if Hamilton won the damm thing with a break problem and his car stopped on the slowdown lap, you stupid critics out there would say that he did not deserve it and was lucky.

Shame that Nelson Piquet totalled his car; I really wanted to see him get a good result. Now he is under massive amounts of pressure. He will be forgotten. I can't see him getting a result at Magny Cours, buut possible Silverstone? If so that's his last chance. :(

Piquet didnt total his car his brakes failed

As for Hamilton he deserved the 10 slot penalty i mean he did have to cruise the full length of the pit lane and there were two cars stopped in front of him - no excuses at all, it was just pure stupidity

Every race Hamilton or the ITV commentators say something that makes me dislike him even more. Which is a real shame because he is so talented I wish I could like him.
However Hamilton has the arrogance of someone that has won multiple F1 championships, yet has only won a couple of races.
"I was breezing it, it was going to be an easy win."
Sorry Hami but you were coming out of the pits in third if you had of been driving with your eyes open.
I'd hate to cross at a pedestrian crossing with Lewis driving down the street!!!
I'm glad he got a penalty, might teach him something, but I doubt it.

he was breezing it like he said before the safety car! pretty obvious thats what he meant!
the penalty might teach him something? yeah he aimed for Kimi and wanted to end his own race! what an evil man he is!!!
think he knows he duck up already without the penalty!

I seen an extended interview last night with him on the highlight show on ITV. He basically was claiming even with the safety car it was an easy victory.

Others might feel really good, since your comments were annoying some of them for a good chunk of time, AKR. It is always nice when one gets a good feed of his/her own medicine

However I agree with you - now you can imagine how others are filling... for quite some time

Post Back to MikeP! i totally agree with you my felow Ferrari fan :) Lewis has got way to to big for his racing boots :? he annoys me, and believes he's better than anyone else for his 'lucky' season, maybe he should start in a lower team just like the other great world champions we know of today? Kimi didn't start in a Ferrari? no, Sauber, Alonso didn't start a Renault, no he started at Minardi, but what i'd like to get across to youall, Kimi raced for Mclaren for 4 Years, and only came second in the Championship, Kimi was at Ferrari 1 season and dominated! maybe by 1 point? but still stole the title, Whether you all agree or disagree it doesn't matter, the prancing horse will dominate again, and if Kimi leaves next season we have already 2 Drivers lined up for the spot? and there both Winners! We have Alonso, which will be AMAZING!!! or we will have Kubica, as he isn't signed to a contract with BMW. I wont say that BMW are not major contenders for the title, because they are!!! and i think even if BMW come 2nd, Kubica will un doubtabley will stay with BMW, but Lewis has got many years to come before he can dominate the F1 World...Massa still has his opprotunitey, being named the New Senna? in which he hates, And Alonso who has tasted more gold than Jack Sparrow can handle, Being dubbed the Spannish Shumi? 2010 is the Season

P.S The Drivers Market is opening up :) WIll Kovvi really be at Mclaren any longer? or will we see Renault's mis fortune come to Mclaren too??

Thanks Bud. What would I do without you pointing out what Hami really meant.
I admit I'm only expressing my opinion. Its great that you don't have one. It allows you to only speak the facts.
You should be commentating for ITV.
I hope you reply to this because it adds some much to the forum when you add  or
Try focusing on the racing instead of analysing other people posts. This is formula1.net not Fjuan.net
So Bud how about replying about what effect this will have on Kimi's, Hami's, Massa'a & Kubica's psychological state now that the WDC is so compressed.
I think Kimi won't be affected.
Massa will feel more in it.
Hami will be pressuring himself.
Kubica is going to now be a bigger threat as he will now have more belief in himself.
Now remember these are only my opinions.

Look Bud, you've got a fanboy.

As to the penalties, it's an open and shut case. Every driver whose ignored a red light light this year has been penalised. Therefore, Lewis and Nico should be too. Simple.
