Deservedly so. Rosberg is justly penalised as well, for he was just as oblivious as Hamilton to the pitlane light being red.

I think Hamilton deserved it, but Rosberg?? He hit Hammy's car, and it was already damaged!! Besides he did more damage to his own car then Hamilton's. In my opinion Rosberg deserved the stop and go, but not the 10 grid spot penalty.

I read on the other thread that Rosberg was penalised during today's race with a stop-go penalty. I don't recall Brundle or Allen saying anything about it. In that case, Rosberg has already been penalised and should not be punished again.

I aswell saw nothing on FOX about that? :?

God I hate Fox, they will air all the way through the German Gp :( I miss the pre-race shows, shorter breaks, and the interviews from 2nd and 3rd on SPEED.

He will be demoted ten grid positions in France:

I am happy with that. And France should be a "Ferrari" track along with Silverstone after that.

The result I can't complain about. Congrats to Kubica and to BMW-Sauber for historic win and one-two finish. Massa got 5th meaning Ferrari now has 20 point lead over McLaren. Over BMW it is only 3 but whocares because BMW were lucky and properly wont do this again for a while and 2 even if BMW were to win the title it would be ok, as long as it isn't McLaren. Driver wise Kubica is first now, again congrats to him. Massa is now equal to Hamilton which is better than nothing. Both are 4 points behind Kubica which again even if he won the title it would be ok as long as it isn't Hamilton or McLaren. Kimi still 3 points behind Hamilton and Massa which is fine and 7 behind the leader. Because the leader is Kubica it doesn't concern me, its where the 2 Ferraris sit in releation to Hamilton that matters to me and at the moment both are sitting ok with Massa's postion improving since Monaco.

That's fair enough. Can't really complain. I expect Kimi to take full advantage.

You know everyone from Hamilton Kubica, Massa last year at same race and as recently Rubens have been penalized for juming the light. SInce all the drivers after to make adjustments on the steering wheel due to the new ecu when leaving pits. Its not like lewis blindly drove into these two. You look up see two cars tussling then make adjustments all in a short span due to the pit lane location as well ,if he was down where ferrari and bmw was at pit in you have tons of time to see a light when coming down pit lane. There needs to be a better system to what is going on with the lights 1. a bigger notification system for teams as well as drivers or 2. as in other forms of racing a closed pit. not open then closed. Not only did this hurt other previous drivres chance to get points , all the fans such as my self missed out on a superb race, with Hamilton Kubica and Raikkonen going toe to toe, not a cake walk.

1) They did make the lights bigger in Canada 2) It is totally Hamiltons fault, how can you not see two parked cars 3) the race wasnt a cake walk, it was an excellent race.

You should make yourself aware of the colour of the light regardless of the state of the cars in front of you. It's no different from a public roadway stoplight. Hammy didn't do that. How can he blame the team for not telling him the light colour in time? tool.

You guys are biased anyway and have never raced a car, you dont listen to reason, however it does not matter, Hamilton will be F1 champ weather you like or not. Maybe if he takes this penalty and wins you guys will see the light., no thn it will be luck right, Tool!!
