awesome, should be good. I drink about 6 bottles of water a day and try to work out when I can, I will even jog about at home so atleast I do something, or I just feel fat and s***

i mentioned somewhere that when i lost my running it sort of messed my head up, part of the reason ive been more lazy of late, swimming on tuesday i think, biking tomorrow, miht bike to the pool, but it mite be minging weather

Yeah you said, shame. Well I got work all day tomorrow so not a lot happening with me. Not riding my horse till tuesday, got spinning also tuesday and may go for a cycle.

my new job start dates been put back a week so ive got a week off, swimming during te day is best when no ones about, a good hours non stop front crawl is what i do alot

I can't swim

and never plan to either. Water ughhhh. Yes I will have a bath and will jump about in the sea or a swimming pool but I don't swimming- just not for me.

I hate sunday nights. Work the next day, nothing on TV and just generally crappy.
