Yup, I do Jogging, Cycling, Spinning, then like to do some sit-ups, wall crunches etc

ive seen it being done, is funny to watch, my bum mves around alot on hard biking, ive had comments from people on the runners behind lol

my new job has a free on site gym, cant wait! have slipped a bit of late, esp my loved swimming, makes me feel lazy and like poo!
