So, Honda gives Red Bull the engine technology, etc. It just occurred to me: who's going to manufacture those parts (engine blocks, turbos, etc.)? Still Honda and Red Bull simply buys them from them as needed? Or will Honda pre-manufacture a certain number of parts and Red Bull stores them in-house as part of the deal?
