Close call between DR and NR - gave it to the race winner for holding off his teammate on equal equipment and tires (remember they changed tires for the last time during the same lap).

DD, you're right!! It was a bit of a toss up for me, too!!
But, in the end, I also went with Ricciardo!! He refused
to give up and refused to give in to his teammate!!
Most of all, his dedication to Bianchi's memory was very
thoughtful!!

It was "Mr. Shoey" himself for me as well, the battle for position before the final stop was pivotal as Red Bull elected to stacked the drivers in the pits.

Ricciardo is the driver of the race for me. Excellent job fending off his teammate even with older tires on his car and for putting the pressure on Hamilton which ultimately produced the Merc engine failure. Honourable mention for Rosberg for going from last place to podium.

Huh? They stacked the last pit stop and DR got brand new tires while MV got used ones, so MV had older tires.

I am referring to the battle on lap 39 before the last pit stop when Ricciardo had 17 lap old tires and Verstappen with only 10 laps. This as it turned out was the battle for the win as Hamilton blew up two laps later.
