...it's because I typed "Formula One Season" into http://www.c3k.net/, got myself a download manager, subscribed to Rapidshare Premium service and now I'm downloading full races from the 1992, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997 and 2008 seasons. The 2008 seasons are in HD :mrgreen::mrgreen:

Fookin diamond find, I've been looking for full races to download on the peer to peer networks and I've never thought of checking RapidShare.

They have every race for the mentioned seasons :D:D:D

I'm sure they have more, I just havent checked yet...

Are they the entire seasons? Because I've been using a torrent site that Sam linked me to, but it can be a pain to download things at a decent speed. If they have full seasons, I might be tempted to try this method instead...

Congratulations on the discovery :)

Every race, I've been using torrents and edonkey to find races. These are server downloads, so it's taking me roughly 15 mins to download an entire race, roughly 1 gig per race.

Awesome. I might have to get myself a premium Rapidshare account and download them all, though the prices have always been a little harsh :/

I've paid for 1 months premium membership, which is 6 Euro, just going through the 1995 season now, Damon just spun and DC is in the lead, being chased by Schumi...

...and if you couldn't log on at all it's because I turned off my computer when I went out for a sandwich.

Excellent find this. I've started to download some now. I hope they're in English!!!

I'm trying my first free download so I will let yall know if I get the whole race, Australia '02. Hopefully it will work and then I can burn it to a CD.

The download would not play for me so oh well. :(

How so? The only problem i've had is that Germany 1994 didn't have English commentary - if anyone else comes across races with non English commentary, please post them here so i don't d/l them :)

So far i've got Spain and Belgium '92 and Brazil '01. Europe '99 is coming now.

If I remember it said I needed to download another program but that did not work either and I hate downloading programs I have no knowledge of.
I will try it again so I can give a more detailed explanation.

If the downloaded files are 'rar' files you need WinRAR - rar files are basically the same as zip files, however i think people use them as you can split them into parts as that person did.

yes I believe they were defined as RAR files but when I went to the free download, got it, and tried to play the video it did not play. I believe it was a 'key op' error as I did not save the file but it was in my program's?

My download is at 92% right now so I will let you know what happen's and hopefully you can coach me through . I'm currently downloading the 1st part of the '93 Euro GP the last race at Donnington Park.

This is what the popup box say's, what should I do?? :(

Windowscannot open this file:
File: 1993_Round_03_-_Europe_Grand_Prix[1].part01.rar

To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go onlineto look it up automatically, or you can automatically select from a list of programs on your computer.

What do you want to do?

1. Use the Web service to find the appropraite program?
2. Select the program from a list?
