WoW! Less than a second splits 3rd to 9th!!

Happy to see both Kimi and Vettel "up there"!!

Congrats to you. I think THAT is the story of the year, so far.
VAST improvement in Ferrari?!

Here's hoping it's just the beginning...

Looks like we have lost two cars before the start of the parade lap, Magnussen with an engine blowup and Kyvat stopped on track and Bottas out with a back injury! 15 cars taking the start!

Isn't there a contractual minimum number of cars for Ecclestone to field or he's in breach of contract with the organizers?

I logged into the chat room, no one was there! :tumbleweed:

Vettel caused that first lap incident, and also clipped his team mate's front wing in the process. But in Vettel's onboard camera it looks like he didn't know Raikkonen was there! (Perhaps Vettel would be better racing in our chat room!!!)

That is because you were smart and voted just before the race :(

Some robust defending from Button for 12th place, kinda surprised that Button didn't get a drive through for chopping Perez.

He left him plenty of room.

From the TV coverage I saw, it looked like Button chopped across, Perez was more than 2/3rds alongside when Button turned in. I can't help thinking that if that move was high in the points, punishment would have been swift. I personally don't even think it was a marginal chop, clearly Button's fault, maybe he was daydreaming in his HONDA DREAMS car!

Kimi is out...sigh

But on the bright side, if JB can keep going and another drops out, he'll score a point!

Looks like it was a pit lane screwup that caused Kimi's retirement, unsafe release, left rear wasn't securely attached!
