I know too much to be dribbling crap. Lewis is as good as Kimi and Massa. Schumi was in a class of his own. Get over it. Lewis isn't going to win the title this year as his car isn't up to scratch. If he were as good as Schumi ever was he would be capable of that. Either McLaren needs to build a car better than Ferrari or forget Hamilton winning. And get over it. Your hero Hamilton screwed up last year by a point when he was leading all the way. He should of won it when he could of because now he won't win until at least 2009. Oh yeah that 1 point victory. When it came to my knowlege that Kimi had won (remember I was on a plane Rome bound when it happened so I didn't know right away) anyway when I found out he had won, I had (lost count now) plenty of shots of Rakija. Was smashed, worth it though because winning by a single point after being behind was SWEAT!!!!! *LOL* Bet you if Schumi was in the same boat that never would of happened. ;-)

By the way I did some rearch just now. No driver who has won in Formula 2, then formula 3000 and now GP2 has ever won a World F1 Drivers Championship to this day. Lets hope that stat remains like that. You know who I am referring to don't you.:twisted::D

No You have assumed I've known a lot of crap. Assumption is the mother of all F ups. My comments are generally correct. You may compare Hamilton your idol to Schumi after he actually wins a few titles. At the moment he is not different to say Massa who has won no titles and is probably an equal chance to Hamilton at winning as they are both the same level average driver. And what, your gona say that is crap too? Well Massa has won more races this season than Hamilton. He leads him as well (equal points but more victories) and bet Hamilton in the last race. So what is it Bud? Either Massa bet him because Ferrari is quicker or they are two average drivers in similar cars and Massa bet him because he was quicker. Either way FACT IS, that both Kimi and Massa are ahead of your so called next generation Schumi, Mr Hamilton. Just all hype to me. And this isn't crap so once again get over it.

AKR Bud is right. The Mclareners don't compare Lewis to Michael. MS is satan!!
They compare Lewis... to Senna. (now where's that "cold chill - teeth chattering" smiley when you need one??)

Lewis sited this as his best race ever. The most he hoped for at the beginning (because of the 3 stop strategy he had to take)was 5th. He drove the wheels off that car. Luck!! Don't make me laugh! The lucky one was Massa -lucky that Lewis had to take 3 stops!!

Luck, defenitly. Hamilton is no Schumi. If he was he would of won on a 3 stopper just like Schumi did in Hungary 1998. A good race Hamilton did but defenitly lucky. If Kimi and Kova didn't have an early run in, they both would of finished ahead of Hamilton thereby relegating him to 4th. Either way Anna (Is that your real name Racechick?) you had the honour of having a drink at my expense after Ferrari's dismal Melbourne GP and Hamilton's win back then, I've now had the pleasure of having drinks on 4 different occasions at your expense since then. ;-):D

You're dead right he's no Schumi-heaven forbid! He is not afraid to race talented teammates (double world champion included!). He has not resorted to dirty tactics when his driving is not good enough to win. When Hamilton wins his multiple world championships it will be on merit not on the back of , no topline team mate, cheating and FIA help. Im not saying Schumi couldnt drive he was just nothing special.
Yes Im Anna

Now I'm not going after you racechick but if 7 WDC's and all his other record's mean that he was 'nothing special' to you I'm totally lost :? ! It is very surprising that you would say such a thing even if you dont like him :?:

I read all the replie's before I post one so maybe I'm just misunderstanding you? So your not being serious when saying Schumi "was just nothing special" as it was just a combative reply to AKR? I'm starting to think that our disagreement's are nothing more than just a simple difference of the way we express ourselve's and that we agree on about 99% of everything?

To be honest, racechick, Lewis was lucky that Lewis had to make three stops, otherwise it's probable that his stint on the softer tyres would have been longer, allowing Kimi more time to catch him and giving him greater opportunity to pass. If Lewis was on a two-stopper, his pace wouldn't have been quite as good because of his heavier load, meaning that he probably wouldn't have caught and passed Massa.

Nope fraid that doesnt wash...unless you know more than the guy driving the car.Lewis has won a few races yet this is the one he says is his best, expecting 5th at best and getting 2nd. Kovi cud have one that on a two stop and lewis was past him at the first corner.I agree with you about lewis and the soft tyres but when he was actually on them in the last stint he wasnt that far behind Massa. He had to take Massa to keep Kimmi and Robert behind him, he wasnt even expecting to be fighting with Massa, but he was close.

No I do not Know more than the guy in the car. I am quoting what the guy in the car said-no more, no less, just exactly what HAMILTON SAID!! I do not have all the facts. You may speculate all you like, you were not in the cockpit.

Anna,
Have you ever heard the saying 'it's not what you say but how you say it"? I viewed the context all wrong thus that's what led me to ask my previous question, no harm and no foul
