Ok, I expected this one.
However, Vatican City is as far from being a real country as a virus is from being a real life form. A virus depends on its host for almost every life process that commonly define things as being alive.
I actually quite like the comparison of the Vatican with a virus - lots of misery and not much good comes from either of them

So, we're looking for two real countries that are neighbors and not some parasitic enclave within the other, whose capital cities are within eyesight of each other.
