Great variety of "hidden" talents!!

Personally, I love making all sorts of things; but,
at the moment, they're mostly professional...

I just made this. Not doen one before, it's a chocolate and chilli tart. :) two of my favourite things together. It's seveed with Creme fraiche and chilli flakes.

The reason for all this house decorating and cooking is because on Saturday, Rachel( girl who had the hen do a while back) gets married, and she and the bridesmaids are staying here at my house the night before. So they'll all get ready and go from here and a photographer will be here.

Dumb Question of the Day: Is that a cream cheese filling?
Can't think of anything else that would hold the tall of a cake upright!!
Unless you used Shish Kabob sticks inside?

One night, in a drunken haze, I promised my sister-in-law Id make her a 10-teir cake for her birthday.
