... to do la mans with WB'S favorite team. As Hulks team mate.

sneaky mcpeaky - you had me going

Porsche want 3 F1 drivers for their extra car it seems - Hulk, Alonso and one other, just for the Le Mans race, probably to raise awareness

This is not new for F1 even if not in recent years

So what if Le Mans clashes with an F1 race?
#428689
Ok. But you know Bernie. If he thinks he can cause a bit if mayhem he'll switch a date and make it clash.

Bernie threatened it a few years ago, he was threatening the FIA with a French GP on the same weekend as Le Mans, so the FIA made a rule that no F1 event can take place on the same weekend of the 24 Hour Le Mans last year.

Remind me, wasn't the Super Bowl on the same weekend as the inaugural Austin race?

It was a nascar race, and the FIA doesn't have time to care about those rednecks

It was the Texas 'rednecks' loosing out to F1!

"No wonder Texas Motor Speedway president Eddie Gossage got all upset when Formula One decided to hold the U.S. Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas in Austin on the same day as the NASCAR race at his Fort Worth track.
When you look at the attendance at the three Big Event sports spectacles on offer in that state Sunday, the loser turned out to be Texas Speedway."
