All these superficial changes are all well and good but the fundamental problem comes from Bernie and CVC's involvement. They simply take too much money out of the sport thanks to the dirty deal Max did with Bernie. No other top sport would survive when you have a third party siphoning large funds out of the revenue it generates and unless the teams wrestle back control from CVC, the smaller ones are always going to swim against the tide to the point that they constantly have to flog their seats to the highest bidder. There is a fundamental flaw in the sporting, commercial and regulatory setup of F1.
