If only typhoons were as easy to negotiate with as German courts. I don't know how the race is going to take place properly unless they move it up a few hours. I don't want a procession behind a safety car only to then call it half way on a count if darkness.

Oh, one more thing. Phanfone should be a sponsor's name. :hehe:

2 tenths is a big gap, if its a dry race Rosberg is in control.

Hopefully we get a race tomorrow and not just a stupid Safety Car drive around.

2 tenths is not representative as Lewis messed up the whole lap despite a cracking sector time. No need to worry about his pace. As long as there is actual racing without a safety car the rain etc is statistically much better for Lewis than Nico this season. Ni8co has had no answers for Lewis in wet or changeable conditions. I would be praying for dry weather if I was Nico - however that would mean more chance of Lewis attacking him on track and you can overtake here

How did he mess up the 'whole lap'? He never made any mistakes and said Nico was just faster.

It would be a hard fought race in the dry unless Nico chokes again, but atm I'm just hoping we have a race.

I know Lewis locked up on one of the tight corners. But sky showed the two laps side by side and Lewis actually GAINED on that corner. Apart from that and just a couple of slightly missed apex, he was clean.

Rosberg was just better that OUR boy today.

Tomorrow is a different story.

I'm with you bro. Even though lewis messed up the whole lap, and other individual sectors on different laps all weekend, it's still not indicative of his pace or ability to put everything together for the grand prix. easy victory for him tomorrow for sure :D

It's all a rouse Geet. So that when Nico sees Lewis in his mirrors he doesn't pee his pants and crash him out! Assuming he is in his mirrors of course, more likely he will be in front...and then the same peeing pants and crashing scenario will ensue. :hehe:

Now we know Lewis is at least 0.3 per lap quicker than Nico, even Niki Lauda said so, and so for Nico to be up 0.2 is a turn around of 0.5 for OUR Sir Lewis MBE, Lord of Woking twinned with Maranello

Therefore he messed up mentally

Alright I'm off to bed and then straight to work, at which time the GP will be starting so I won't be on to celebrate Lewis Hamilton's victory in Japan until about 10am tomorrow MST

and in other news from lalaland, Merc have decided that Paddy doesn't replicate the feeling the old partnership with Mclaren generated and so they have decided to grab Button as chief development test driver and 'employee/corporate harmonious synchronization happy bubble consultant' . He wont be allowed to drive any real cars unless its a typhoon and the SC delta is 30mph and will be allowed to charge steak dinners and vaseline to his expense account

Did you see the interview with horner when he was going through the driver expense claims. RIC was claiming for everything he could things like a bottle of water i in the airport. Good on him.

Horner said the driver who claimed the least was DC.
