My homeslice, homeboy dog Max must pee on every stationary object he see's but he is fixed, is he bonker's or just a typical mutt? I have read and heard from our vet that this behavior is normally lost once the animal is fixed? :?

Thing is he still has his huevo's as they were not removed but clipped? Our vet said 'yes he is fixed' but MAN that dog can pee  !
