Jesus christ almighty, how does that justify that I am a lamb? You really need some sense kicked up your rear end. I have liked Mclaren way way back, since Mika's day as he is my favourite driver, I couldn't give two f***s if a British driver joined Mclaren, I was more happier when I learnt Heikki joined for this season

i didnt want heikki to join mclaren hanwombat! lol, i think you should make a thread so the anyone who wants a moan can do it there!

Hehe wouldn't of bothered me as I also like Renault

I liked Benetton days, then renault, used to love Jaguar and Sauber when Kimi drove for them, but Mclaren was always my number one, with a couple of other teams I also liked to watch

I like them, but you're right about them not being my favourite team. My favourite team doesn't really exist anymore, so I have Honda instead. My favourite driver of the current grid drives for Honda, so that makes me doubly happy. :)

My all-time favourite driver used to drive for McLaren, but I wasn't so fond of the team back then.

When I first watched F1 back in 1988, Williams became my favourite team because Mansell was the British hero back then, even though the car had a pretty poor Judd V8, I stuck with the team even after Mansell had gone to Ferrari because I liked Riccardo Patrese too.

My fondness for Jordan came along as soon as I saw Bertrand Gachot's car line up on the grid at Phoenix with the "you know what" livery. I stuck with Jordan as one of my favourite teams until I went off F1 after the first race of 2004 (don't worry, I got back into it again in 2006 :)). But I went off Williams when they sacked Damon Hill and followed him to Arrows for that single year, but was overjoyed when he joined Jordan.

When Williams ditched Villeneuve and Frentzen (I didn't like them) I got back into liking them again. When I got back into F1 in 2006 I was quite shocked in the direction Williams had gone and also as to where Jordan had gone. Although the team's been through various incarnations, it just doesn't really feel like what was the Jordan team. I hope Jordan return soon, they will be back one day, EJ wanted to be back this year, but Pro-Drive got in the way.

I had soft spots for other teams like Ligier, Benetton (pre-1994) and also now McLaren because of the Hamilton effect.

I'm just glad Heikki is alright, I love my finns :D

Well minus Kimi, have respect for the guy but he turned RED

Well done to Lewis today, glad he is back on podium, kudos to the reds.

// See I can be grown-up //

Whatever...... Well guess what, I like English people, thus my reason to actually learn English, but I do not like Lewis Hamilton nor Ron Dennis. I am sure you know why.

I have no idea. Specially Hamilton - kid just started racing a year ago. It seems a bit pathological to me

Well, I will admit that I first liked Jordan because they got a 1-2 in the first race I saw. However, seeing as they didn't take another victory until the next season, I got used to cheering them on for the low-paying points places and, when the cars were at the back of the field or out of the race, I spent a lot more time listening to Martin and Murray and, from that, I learned a lot more about the sport as a whole.

Watching Mika race back then was awesome and his personality really made me like him. Such a gentleman, on-track and off it. It was a shame when he retired, and even more so when he came back for some tests and was massively off the pace :(

Not when you are calling me a lamb.

I call it as I see it.

it was a bit harsh.

Harsh that's  ! Why is it when I label someone as a 'lamb' I get nothing but BS but it's perfectly OK for other's to do the same? :? What seem's to be the favored comeback is "Oh your a MOD on a power trip" BUT am I not a F1 fan above all else??

This comment by Hanwombat fit's the mold of a 'LAMB' to a T imho! You DO NOT see me talking like that anywhere or anytime.
YES YOU STUPID FERRARI FANS, I SHOW RESPECT FOR YOUR REDS AND YET YOU MAKE PATHETIC TOPICS DISSING MCLAREN. Juveniles.

But you took her comments out of context. She had made plenty of
congratulatory comments about Ferrari and was annoyed to then see the team she supports having insults thrown at it. I can understand her exasperation.

Out of context maybe, but the fact remains she called people stupid Ferrari fans - there are no two ways about it.

Oh my God!! She called Ferrari fans stupid? <EDITED FOR CONTENT> (Ps Did you not read what was written by said Ferrari fan to incur her anger?-Perhaps that bit slipped your mind)

McLaren-Liverpool FC-Manchester United ALL SAD.........................

What about Heikki and Pedro ?

They're neither English and drive for a crap team so they can join the "ALL SAD" Clan. Now Jensen Button. He is English, he looks good, he doesn't drive for a crap team (not the best one either) but I would take him as being great. ;-)
