The BBC coverage are full of crap anyways. Thats why Sky has a better coverage...EJ is a huge idiot himself

Ok, from Sky

"While Wolff has denied that Rosberg admitted crashing deliberately, SSN reports that the Mercedes boss has confirmed Rosberg acknowledged "he could have avoided crashing but didn’t [in order to] make a point.”

Now I know English is not Wolff's first language, but this quote is laughable, the first part of the paragraph is totally at odds with the last part, if he could have avoided crashing but didn't, then he did it deliberately. It's not rocket science.

Nico knows that if he refuses to back out the corner there is a high chance that they both crash out, and he remains ahead on points - surely this is EXACTLY the same concept as MS worked out years ago???

Facts ....
Rosberg has a more reliable car than Hamilton (suprising as they are in the same team).
Rosberg consistently has faster pit stops than Lewis (suprising as they are in the same team).
Time to wake up and smell the coffee Lewis, your team are supporting Rosberg, not you. You would have a better chance at another team, even if it was an inferior car.

One thing that struck me today was that the "never give up, never stop fighting" titled person kept wanting to retire his car. Are Mercedes worrying about engines?

He's got one less engine than his teammate because his teammate's car doesn't spontaneously catch fire.

Haven't we heard all this about his time at Mclaren?!

Doesnt change the validity of slowpokes statement, the same factors responsible at McLaren could also be responsible here. I am not saying they are and I am not saying you are but it would be childish to dismiss the repeat (if it exists) as a coincidence or an excuse. Just as it would be childish to dismiss the suggestion of corruption, bigotry or rascism.
Not saying thats what slowpoke means, but its ridiculous as some do to dismiss out of hand the same factor following a (black) sportsman around in a sport known for its corruption, bigotry (yes towards women, towards South Americans as Senna proved)

Just because we heard it at McLaren doesnt mean it can be shrugged off as 'crying wolf' it would be like saying its impossible to think F1 is flawed, so everyone can speak their mind

It was funny when Nico got out the car he had that same bouncy, not sure what to do with myself thing going on, like in Monaco quali.

I suppose he had had 90 minutes to mull it over.

He has taken an odd sort of approach to this year. With no precedent he's all of a sudden started to mimic great drivers' shenanigans, without realsing that's not what made them great.

I know, I remember the whole hubbub around twittergate and who would have thunk it? It wound up being true! I don't think the same thing is going on here, but none of it would be happening under Ross' charge that's for sure.

So why would a team Mclaren/Mercedes/etc want to hire a driver if they did not want him to win?

Redbull had Webber, Ferrari had Barrichello. I dont think anything like that's the case though.

Did they ever sabotage there cars so they did not win?

Thinking about it I am sure Ferrari had a similar wobble in 99 with Irvine.

The alternative is that we're all unknowingly watching the racing equivalent of WWE and it's all leading to a final showdown at the last race of the season. It's not like there's double... :scratchchin: ...erm.
