Besides Nico's embarrassment of his team, Fantastic drive by Ricciardo for the win, the guy is really a racer and has been acknowledged as such by F1's royalty. Meanwhile the number two driver at Red Bull has to fight desperately for fifth place. Nice to see Mags, in front, he qualified well and raced well and deserves to grow with McLaren and their Honda power. Bottas is making Massa look like the joke he's always been. It was the day of the juniors in Spa today.

The stewarding in the sport is laughable, the penalty handed down to Alonso was worthless, and makes a joke of any facade the FiA has about personnel safety.

And for those with an IQ in double figures and more, here is the BBc's interpretation of Totos interview

Nico Rosberg was to blame for the incident that effectively ended Lewis Hamilton's Belgian Grand Prix, says Mercedes Formula 1 boss Toto Wolff.
Rosberg, who finished second to extend his title lead, punctured Hamilton's left rear tyre when he hit the back of his team-mate's car on lap two.
Hamilton was forced to pit but eventually quit the race when any chance of points had gone.
Wolff said Rosberg's driving was "absolutely unacceptable".

How many points so far has Rosberg gained by either underhand tactics or mechanical failures for Lewis, ffs.
It's turning into a joke season imo.

You would think Rosberg would want to beat Lewis fair and square, but obviously not.

He knows he can't. That's why we get the stupid nonsense that we are seeing from him imo.

Australia - Rosberg wins, Hamilton has a car failure. +25 to Rosberg
Monaco - Rosberg wins, Hamilton "blocked" in Quallifying. +7 to Rosberg
Canada - Rosberg comes second, Hamilton has a car failure. +18 to Rosberg
Great Britain - Rosberg has a car failure, Hamilton wins. +25 to Hamilton
Germany - Rosberg wins, Hamilton has a car failure in quallifying, comes third. +10 to Rosberg
Hungary - Rosberg gets comes 4th, Hamilton has a car failure in quallifying, comes 3rd. +3 to Rosberg
Belgiam - Rosberg comes second, Hamilton has to retire. +18 to Rosberg.

So in the end of all of it Rosberg is +81 and Hamilton is +25, meaning that at the end of the day Rosberg has +56 points on Hamilton due to car failures and Rosbergs own f ups.

"Cos they're British"

Wow...what a comment

Rosberg couldn't have made a more douche like comment

Coulthard is now going on about how teams should let their drivers just race.

He was the one a while back talking about how team orders are a part of the sport.

Coulthard is a Button fan though, so that says it all.

Nico can't race wheel to wheel. There I said it, we say this in Hungary and that's why Lewis beat him and today hitting Lewis and flatspotting his tyres trying to pass Vettel. Nico's being interviewed now.

Crap his eyes are red as hell, almost like he's crying.

Nico has just screwed himself in an interview, no remorse, says its just the British fans booing, says Toto wording didnt actually blame him in the interview :hehe:

Exactly. He is a complete (insert swear word). That comment was out of line
#414027
Rosberg is saying it was all the Brits booing.
He also said he is unhappy about not getting the win. Nothing about being sorry for taking out Lewis.

What a dirty business all this is. Rosberg is a disgrace imo.
The desperation is sickening.

To quote Cole Trickle "Rubbing is racing"

I don't think for 1 second that Nico meant to cause what happened. Was it a clumsy move yes without a doubt.

Big thumbs up again to RIC. Whenever Mercedes misses a beat it is always him that pics up the pieces.

Unfortunately for Daniel, the Nico hit and run is overshadowing his great drive, Great drive from Danny, He showed great pace and doing it on a 2 stop. Great Strategy from Red Bull, putting a extra low downforce setup on their cars, They were no longer sitting ducks on the straights and still kept okay speed in the corners.

Well played Red Bull and Danny :thumbup: I think Red Bull are onto something, for Monza they should just remove the rear wing altogether :hehe:

Okay, let's not get too excited about Danni... he's doing fantastically but any success Red Bull has had this year has been gained by a direct mistake from Mercedes, namely Nico or reliability to one or both of their cars. I'm chuffed at the fact that he's wiping the floor with his four time WDC teammate but let's focus on the real issue at hand. :hehe:

ESPNF1 "They are British fans, so I do understand," Rosberg said. "It's not a nice feeling for me. All I ask is that they prepare themselves well before having such an opinion. For example, by reading the regulations and really understanding what is the code of conduct between drivers.

"Anyway, it's a small minority out there today - it was the British fans out there. The rest were excited to see a great race. Of course for us it was a bad day as a team."

Post-race both Toto Wolff and Niki Lauda appeared to lay the blame at Rosberg's doorstep during TV interviews but the German refused to be drawn into comment on his opinion on the crash.

"I don't know. I haven't got an opinion on it at the moment. First of all I don't know what [Toto and Niki] have said so don't want to comment in detail. I need to see it before going into any such detail.

"I was quicker and I wanted to overtake, and I went for it. The inside was closed up so I went round the outside and tried to go for it and unfortunately we touched. I definitely tried and I was alongside."

Coulthard's a turncoat.

He is now the man fighting for team mates racing because Jordon is saying this should never have happened.
Usually Coulthard says that teamorders are ok and are part of F1.

Coulthard doesn't like Lewis as he's a Button lover so he is cheering for Rosberg now....ffs.
Sick of listening to him now. Just a twat.
