lewis is 14 points behind, the difference between 1st and second is 7 points, so you reckon if he had not dnfed and dropped 17 points assuming he came second - reasonanble cos he was actually leading

If neither of them had DNFs/car trouble it looks as though Rosberg would still be leading.
any chance you could show how you came to that conclusion?
Because it is extremely unlikely that in a single race Hamilton would finish first and Rosberg eleventh. Rosberg is winning the season so far, car trouble aside.
