If it was OK for them to be in 5th garage at start of season, it is where they should remain. Don't understand it

McLaren again at tail of pits

Apr.22 (GMM) For the second consecutive race weekend, McLaren will at Barcelona again be housed in the farthest pit garages, as per its last place in the 2007 constructors' championship following the spying penalty.
Following a recent letter from FIA president Max Mosley to Bernie Ecclestone, the Mercedes-powered team's special dispensation to slot into the fifth highest garage allocation this year was cancelled after the Malaysian grand prix.
Mercedes' competition boss Norbert Haug on Tuesday confirmed to Motorsport Aktuell that the team will squeeze into the farthest garages at the Circuit de Catalunya this weekend.
McLaren, however, has been promised by Ecclestone that its huge 'Brand Centre' will be allocated enough paddock space, after fears that it would not fit into the areas normally reserved for the less successful teams' more modest motor homes.
Meanwhile, it emerged that Force India will unveil a new motor home in Spain this weekend.

Max is making the FIA look like a bunch of idiot's and F1 no better than a circus  ! Let McLaren stay where they are as it has not really caused any undue stress to them.

Precisely what's wrong with the FIA: why was rule not put in writing?, where was the debate when it came to changing the rule (twice?), why was the rule changed because Ron Dennis decided to stay? McLaren as a whole were in the dock, not just him.

I cant disagree with that M.F. Its another example of MMs corrupt ability to play with the rules just as he feels like. I wonder why the dispensation was given in the first place. 'Rules is rules' whether anyone likes it or not McL finished the season with no points, therefore the rules say that the team is at the end of the pit lane. So why was pit 5 ever discussed? and then having discussed and agreed, what, to me, is an illogical decision, (was R.D. applying pressure?) and change the rules, how does this arbitrary 2nd change of rule come about? Is this Max on his own? or are others involved in this decision? The whole thing stinks to me. Corrupt, arrogant inefficient, plain incompetent - but is that just MM or the FIA as a whole?
