That was a slightly tounge in cheek comment. I more meant he was in control of the race and without rain Kimi would have won, but as we know from 2008 the Ferrari always struggled massively in the rain (except for in Brazil, for some reason). If you think about the Silverstone and Monza races that year, Ferrari were woeful in the rain - it was something to do with the car if i remember correctly as both drivers struggled.
And who is that exactly? Please dont say Lewis as he only won once and looked like winning one other time.
2007 - 4th and off the pace
2008 - By the letter of the law he was correctly penalised for the Raikkonen incident (went off and gained an advantage and didnt properly give the place back - see the Alonso/Klien incident at Suzuka 2005) and finished 3rd.
2009 - Qualified 12th and crashed out on Lap 1.
2010 - Won
2011 - Crashed out
2012 - Comfortably out-qualified by Button. Grosjean-ed into Turn 1...
2013 - Pole and finished a distant 3rd behind Alonso and Vettel.
So 1 win, 2 x 3rds, 1 x 4th and 3x DNF's - hardly the king of Spa is it...
As for Kimi he's only failed to win one Belgian GP he's finished... and that was 3rd in 2012!
Then we have Spa (which is on my birthday), so of course Lewis will reign supreme.
I think you'll find Kimi's track, im sure he will bolt some sort of special turbo into himself, dominate the weekend win then slip down behind Alonso again
In Kimi's 3 Spa races for Ferrari he won 2 and led for 40 laps of the other one (until some precipitation spoiled it...)
Was that the one in which the king of Spa was robbed of a win by the stewards
Nope, because Kimi is the king of Spa - he was robbed by the rain
Hamilton can hardly be the king of Spa by winning there once, even Vettel has won more times...
How does a driver get robbed by rain? it would be like getting robbed by a lack of grip or a lack of car control or by a propensity to crash into walls or other people

On the other hand the king of Spa was robbed by the stewards one time, robbed by his conniving team handing the win to his lame teammate the second time, absolutely smashed it the third time and aced it despite his car the other times
