...Just shows doesn't it, the guy we see and hear from in the spotlight could easily be just a mask of his real self.

Glad you said "could", because it "could" also be Ramirez has an axe to grind with Perez or it "could" just be a report of the usual standard from TJ13 i.e. never let the facts get in the way of a good story.

Only Ferrari rumors are true? I heard David Copperfield was spotted in Maranello. :hehe:

His salary already is big enough to "trip" over. :D

.... best driver in the world, it's hard to argue against that now, but if he came to Ferrari and raced Fernando we might well be treated to the greatest season of racing ever! :cloud9:

Name a year when Ferrari gave us great 'racing' at the front when dominating? You have 2001, 2002, and 2004 to pick from. :scratchchin:

I thought we competed in a lot more F1 years than that :hehe:

My apologies I only became an F1 fan in 1998. Which years did Ferrari dominate before that?

There were a few where we did well, and there were lots where we didn't end up on top. But win or lose, we're always there, even 20 year droughts don't deter us

...Sorry RC, I know you like this site but this is just typical of their standards.

One standard that the Judge seems to have missed achieving is spelling his subject's name correctly:

wrote:">Jo Ramirez was Mclaren team manager from 1984 to 2001 and worked with some of the best drivers in the world.

Ah. That little error might be down to me. I seem to be full of errors today. It's correct in the article but I but an e on the end. I will go and rectify immediately

No big deal! I've never seen the male version spelt without an "e"!
My apologies to the Judge!!

I can only see him referred to as Jo Ramirez or Ramirez on the judges pages  but as I say, I've had a bad day with errors.

Never mind RC, its pretty futile worrying about spelling things correctly if you are able to deliver good content. The kids today with their text speak and internet inspired distortions of words have just shrunk a process that normally takes a generation, into a process taking months - that process being the evolution of words. A bit like DNA, coming mainly from 'errors' delibrate or otherwise. We should all focus less on crossing the dots and ts and more on the actual messages we are communicating

anyways who is this Ramirez guy? Never heard of him before, why is he suddenly piping up? especially the bit at the end when he says he has had enough of F1 and cant stand it - why do people always feel the need to stay around and slag something off instead of just geting the hell away from something they dont like.

And there is no way that was all there was to it with the insidious late Mclaren ducknager, why doesnt this 'insider' tell more about the power struggle and all the other terrible decisions when he obviously did things just because Ron would have done the opposite. He is correct about Kimi though - even today I still think 'that was a another terrible Kimi rookie style brain fade inspired crash, but it cant be surely, it cant have been his fault or they would have thrown the book at him, nah they must know it wasnt his fault thats why nothing has happened'

If it was his fault then that is completely mad not to penalise him but to penalise Chilton for getting his head too close to a flying wheel then making a small error judgement. Kimi the iceman who could give a toss about anything around him, just piled back into action risking lifes just to try and finish in 15th or something for Ferrari

now thats a guy with a mental weakness roth
