Spanky, is it that one of your dreams might be coming true?

You'd have to come up with an entirely new outfit for Silverstone next year RC!

That would be no problem. This years one is pretty non team specific. Well, one of this years.

I think there is more likelihood of me having a umpalumpa change operation and become the World's first transgender F1 driver to win the WDC than Lewis moving to Ferrari any time soon!

I think the problem in 2007 was mainly Alonso's perception that Hamilton was a rookie and shouldnt be beating him as a double WDC. I think it took Alonso a year or two to realise how good Hamilton actually was.

It cost them both a championship. Vettel is probably struggling with similar thoughts.

Insightful!!

I wonder, would it be worse if your teammate is a first-year rookie or
if your teammate had been around a while and you'd never expect him
to be a threat to your position on a team you "owned"?

I'm confused with which silly season is which???? anyway, this is regarding 2015 and beyond. Rumour has it that McLaren have tentatively approached Lewis about a return.

'If Hamilton were to lose the title to Rosberg, imagine the trauma that would accompany that outcome.’

He's not a bloody child for gods sake! I think he'll live.

Edit: in the comments I saw the greatest ever insult:

" You make me laugh so hard I cry lumps of custard for you. How do you even sleep at night with such paranoia? Lewis is beaten fair and square, deal with it."

If the story that Ron tried to sour Nikki to poaching Lewis is true, I do not think Lewis would return with Ron on the throne. However if Lewis still sees Ron as a psudo Dad and not that evil step dad Martin has left then I think he might return I would not thought that would be in 2015 unless things go pete tong with Mercedes this year.

It is true and so is the fact Ron ordered that only Button be given the better wing at Spa, and so is the outcome of Lewis tweeting the data to show Merc. This is just business and Lewis came out of it much better than Ron who was stuck with a collapse in performance, results and sponsor cash.

This is already irrelevant to both parties if there is any mileage for either in getting back together. I suspect Lewis will not be leaving Merc anytime soon despite whatever happens in the title chase. And I suspect Ron is more talking for sponsors than wishful thinking
