Max gets hammered by BBC radio Clicky

The first people to complain were BMW and Mercedes, who probably benefited during the war. I was really please with that. I have German friends and they think it is an insult to some Germans to be called Nazi. I have faith that German people will never want to do that again and to have such prompt response is praiseworthy.

It will be interesting how will Mosley prove that there is no nazi connotations in that video. He will probably try and say that it was a re-enactment of Abu ghraib prison which does not make it any better. nazi or not, dressing up as prisoners, being spoken to in German, having your head check for lice and being tortured, all we have to do is ask some one who had a family member that died in a concentration camp what does he/she thinks about it.

DH represent fans? BS - he's an ex-driver. A fan representative should be a long-time F1 fan, not a pro.

I understand that DD but which 'fan' has a way into the system like an ex driver who is already there? Who could we appoint? My comment about D. H was tongue in cheek but I think that he would be OK if he took it on.

I'd nominate bud. He'd either impress them suits with his knowledge and enthusiasm or he'll get his mouth washed out with soap and kicked out

Well, it looks like you are in Bud, When is your first meeting with Max, Bernie & Jean. ? Max can take his own whip, Bernie can charge an entry fee , Jean can whinge about McLaren and wonder where his data has gone, and you can drink soap. Luverly.

From autosport.com:

Mosley seeks French ban on video

Friday, April 18th 2008, 09:26 GMT

Max Mosley has filed legal action in Paris to prevent the video that provoked the scandal that has brought his FIA presidency into question being accessed via the Internet in France.

According to legal filings seen by Reuters on Thursday, Mosley, the subject of lurid allegations by the British tabloid newspaper the News of the World, has also asked for paper copies of the newspaper publishing the images in France to be seized.

The request is scheduled to be examined by a judge in Paris on Friday morning and a judgment is expected either on the same day, or early next week.

The News of the World published a front-page expose story last month with photographs it said showed Mosley engaged in lewd sexual conduct with prostitutes, which it claimed featured elements of Nazism.

The newspaper also published a video on its website showing Mosley with the prostitutes.

The video was temporarily removed before subsequently being restored after a court refused to issue an order blocking it.

Mosley denied any Nazi connotations and is claiming unlimited damages against the News of the World. He has resisted repeated calls to resign as head of the FIA, from automobile associations around the world, manufacturers and leading figures involved in Formula One.

Mosley's lawyer Philippe Ouakrat said his client was claiming protection under French privacy laws that are more restrictive than British legislation.

In addition to the ban on broadcasting the video, he is also seeking 25,000 euros ($39,900) in damages for each offence.

Mosley's father Oswald was the founder of the pre-World War Two British Union of Fascists.

Max keep's saying "I did nothing wrong and it's a private matter" so why then is he so worried about the video being made public once again? Also Max is a british citizen right so why is he so worried about the french internet, they will most likely love it and support him  !
