It's at a standstill right now. I'm trying to get a small business loans. I just don't make enough money through my day job to fund it myself like I was hoping. It's proving difficult to find one though. Most banks don't fancy the idea of investing in adult film

Oh they're technically contractors, not employees, since most shoots are a one off. And I don't want to give them shares I'd probably pay more for the legal fees than an actual loan, not to mention getting dozens of women to umpalumpa for a share that has zero value right now

Private investors is likely where I'll look next. I'm not getting another idea cuz I don't have any others not any that I give a $#@! about anyway

Everyone does, to one extent or another.
You don't have to go to the extreme of letting money rule your life; but, you "do" need money.
Unless... do you like on a mountain and grow your own food and make your own clothes?

How about showing other peoples movies for a while so you get some subscriptions up and running. then as you get more hits and money starts rolling in, you can start making your own movies.

I've been considering that. I've found websites where I can buy the licenses for about 2,000 scenes for like $1500 USD. Not too shabby. Unfortunately, there aren't any that are in my genre. The reason I'm doing this is because there are so few quality scenes in the cosplay genre. I have an opportunity to really pioneer this...I'll be like the sir frank williams of pr0nz
