You can add "Prophet" to the list of achievements, he reminded us all to enjoy it while it lasted because you don't know when you'll be able to do it again.

In Vettel's case it was again... and again... and again...

He's handling the frustration well if that last radio message was anything to go by - reigned himself in admirably.

Yes, I was also glad he added that little afterthought.

Would have been interesting what Seb really wanting to say.

Can we get Mark Webber back?

I $#@!%^& wish!!!

I must admit, I did gain a fair amount of respect for vettel when he held his tongue. That takes a lot of self restraint, especially with the frustration he must be facing after four titles in a row

I think this is a big weekend for Seb, as 6 races is really enough to adapt to anything and unless he really turns it around and starts matching DR at the very least he could start to attract the wrong type of questions from the press

The most worrying thing so far is that no one seems to give a sh!t. When Lewis in 2009 got the Mclaren disaster, the press interest in him as reigning world champion hardly abated and the cameras and intrest was more on Lewis battling Alonso at the back for a minor position rather than Button blundering his way to the WC.

But after Sebs 4 WDCs in a row, no one appears to care less which is even worse than getting slated for not adapting

To be fair it was this point last year that Hamilton said he was struggling with the different brakes and people were saying that it'll take more than these races to get to grips with them.

Although I always disagreed and said a great driver needs to learn how to adapt, something which Vettel still hasn't done.

Hamilton is the only driver on the grid whose divisiveness transcends the sport, so everything gets blown out of proportion.

Vettel's struggles are not going to reach the popular press. F1 followers will be heated about his relative merits but unless you watch the sport, meh.
Also for anyone with any modicum of sense Vettel's struggles are no surprise. We'd been preparing for this situaution for a long time. It's almost like
it had happened before it actually did, so now it's actually happening we're already over it. But I know you know that.

In his defense, he's had the lions share of bad luck in the team. Let's not forget he was ahead of his teammate when the car expired in Monaco.

People are keeping quiet mostly because they're hoping the misfortune continues....everyone had enough of that finger, and currently prefer Ricciardo's teethful smile.

Every WDC I can think of going back to Mika Hakkinen has been able to win a GP in a year defending their title when they didn't clearly have a dominant car. I'm sure Vettel will not be an exception. It's the least his fans would expect.

Good to see vettel beating an ausie- no wait, thats not right.

Good to see him fast again. Is that right?

The gap is absolutely nothing but now he's 'on the pace', that's fo sho. Apart from the Merc duo, I'll be watching the Redbulls with any leftover interest I have. :hehe:

Thumbs up to Seb, he got beaten by his team mate today and was gracious about it.

I remember when Seb was gracious in defeat when Webber won his first couple GPs, That quickly changed :hehe:
But good on Seb for being gracious and all that, its a special moment when someone wins there first GP.
